Angry xtremely weird problem with Z

I own a 2004 silverstone ZR i have 8,700 miles on it and today while i was making a right turn my VDC, check engine light, and slip lights all turned on at the same time and i loss all power to the car i could not go faster the 5mph, i pulled over to the side and shut the car off, then back on and all lights dissapered except the check engine. this is at 9AM around 1PM i took lunch from my work check engine light was off, left my work at 5PM and as i was making a left this time same exact problem occured. Anyone have any idea what the hell is going on with my car???? i will be going into the dealer on tuesday.

Wiring fault. Either you've got a loose plug, or you've got a wire that's rubbed through its insulation and is intermittantly shorting to the body. Best bet is loose connection to the ECU.
