so I've had my car for about a year now

I been struggling to get a decent full time job to keep up with the car payments

I've been jobless for 2 months now and been selling / pawning stuff to make payments

regardless to say I drive without a license

yes I'm that stupid without a license

just can't pass that stupid test

so about 3 months ago I got pulled by the nicest cop without license and insurance

however he let me go

I had court the first of this month but since I'm really tight with my gas and trying to look for a decent job

I haven't had time to go

so today my friend calls me at 9am in the morning asking me for a ride to his gf house

he offered me 20 bucks which it only takes 10 mins to his gf house I was willing to do it

so I'm waiting for him to come out

I see a cop behind me

hoping he didn't tell me anything because I had my emergency lights on he passes by me

makes a u turn comes my way they look at me and just pass me so I'm like cool nothing wrong here

then I see they bust another u turn and get behind me and put the lights on me

I knew I was done

he asks me did u know u had a warrant?

I go yes I was just there yesterday and I'm going back this monday

he takes me out the car handcuffs me

regardless to say they were hispanic
and *******s , me being hispanic did not help

I tried to beg them and tell them I'm trying to do my best to fix stuff

they didn't buy it they ended towing my car and letting me go , with a warrant

I'm really depressed crying as I type this in

the good thing is my friends mom is willing to pay for the storage fee's when its ready to get it out

what do you guys suggest I should do?

I got an interview today at a friends job

and I got a 3rd interview on tuesday hopefully I get both jobs


I honestly think life done with me

I can't keep this up , trying to keep this car is making me regret being here

I'm not the wisest guy , driving without a license and insurance , but I'm trying but lifes not letting me

so hopefully I get these 2 jobs

I get my car back , and everything will be back to normal

all suggestions are welcomed

If you can't pass the simple driving test, you don't deserve to drive. It is designed to be passed by 16 year old kids.

If you don't have a licence, you don't have insurance. Very irresponsible.

Learn priorities and learn to abide by the laws of THIS COUNTRY. God help you if you hit anyone without insurance, they would legally make you their slave with the help of the court system.

You get no sympathy from me and the cop who let you go the first time was an idiot

THat definitely sucks and I hope things improve for you....but damn dude at least get a license before you get a car like a Z...or any car for that matter!

 

Smarter thing would have been to sell the 350z, and even get a small scooter, like under 50cc. The Honda ruckus gets 100+ to the gallon.
