Anyone know how I could get a pulley for over 20psi.. I called procharger and they said they only make up to 11psi=weaksauces.........

Hoping prob some FI Vendors will chime in.. or anyone with SC pulley knowledge........ I know my teeth count is .. like 40/22 I cant get a good read on it right now..

If I could get like 42/18 that would be sick.. or maybe even 44/16

Ive never got a good look at a ATI blower kit . Does it have a serp pulley coming off the crank pulley . That turns your longer cog belt ????

Its the two cogs on the end of the belt.. The lower one by the radiator.. and the upper one by the radiator cap.. Those control boost..

 

So it has a cog pulley bolted to the crank ? Or a serp pulley and belt that turns the two cog belts I see in the pics

You have two cog [toothed ] belts . The longer one turns the jackshaft [ front bumper side of bracket ] which turns the blower belt [rear bumper side of the bracket ] . What I was trying to find out is . WHat is coming off the crank pulley to turn your first cog belt I see in the pics ? Is it the serp belt that turns the AC pump and power steering pump ????

oh man, is that tiny little mini AC belt really responsible for turning the entire cog pulley system on the ATI kit?

It looks to be the Power steering pump pulley belt ...If Im looking at it right . Either way it does have a shorter serp pulley belt and that is why the ATI is able to build a few more psi than the vortech . I think Trefling was able to get his to 15psi before the belt slipped . M ight want to PM him and ask about what pulley's hew used .

I already have the 14-16psi pulley.. I want a 20 psi pulley or more.. So i can hit high boost earlier in the rpms.. And smoke shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiet.. BTW well see how she does with the new belts on tuesday.. Maybe it was all the belt alignment that made me lose so much hp... I should have waaaaaaaaaay more than 420whp/377tq

Thanks, I think it was the belts/alignment though.. If you look at eltness Sig he made 430whp at 11psi..
