I bought a set of Luxury Abstract wheels (very expensive "VIP" brand) and they came with a pair of "conditioned waterproof leather" (fake leather I think) pillar covers and a license plate frame.

The license plate frame comes with a pair of nice stainless bolts. The pillar covers come with heavy duty 3M tape on the back for mounting. They seem really well built, I just don't need them.

These pieces are brand new, never installed and should hold up well even getting wet. From Luxury Abstract they sell for $250/pr for the pillar covers, and $200 for the license plate frame. I'll let them go for half that.
