Hello I've been browsing the forums for a while but haven't created an account until I saw your thread. Any chance the center console that flips up above the stereo unit is still available? If it is how much would it be? Thanks.

Ill pull it off today and verify the condition that it's in and get back to you... I have discovered shipping to California is not cheap, last package I sent was 2lbs and cost $20 but I will get back to you this afternoon thanks

Also wondering about the circular aluminum colored shift trim piece. Sorry. Should've said something earlier. Is that sold, and if not, do you have a price?

Good job, Mike, guessing yer somewhat over the price you paid by now!

Now, use those profits to go buy each of your neighbors a big box of Whitman's Sampler for putting up with your salvage operation along with a lobster chow mein dinner for your wife as well! (Don't mock, ever had lobster chow mein made with fresh boiled and seasoned lobster?! Hoooooooo.....)

I'm afraid to eat out now because my girl has me watching Kitchen Nightmares on the regular... I do like lobster though, when it's made right.

Laff....

OK, last digression... I have worked just about every oddjob in the world from my professional tech gigs to butcher/seafood monger to caterer (still do that from time to time) but never actually worked in a restaurant.

And after reading Anthony Bourdain's "expose'" of working the line, "Kitchen Confidential" years ago - even at a posh restaurant - threw me off ever wanting to open my own restaurant, a thought I entertained for years. Eh, no thanks.

Hahahh.. Right. And with that being said, whenever I go out and order food somewhere I watch them like a hawk, and the only thing I'll pleasantly entertain, is their alcohol.

Thank you thank you...

I gave my across the street neighbor a bunch of pastries from a local bakery the other day... And now that it's gone I think we will give her and her neighbor some Yankee candle goodies as a thanks for putting up with the mess...

My wife gets half of all the profits I've made on the car, so she is pretty happy with that...

For the time and effort I could have probably made more just picking up overtime shifts at work, but sadly I would much rather pick apart a car that was riddled with mouse **** than work a day of overtime...

I still have lots of parts so this week will probably be a clean and organise everything kinda week..
