For some reason the only e-mail I get is this one, I am subscribed to many others but none from them when someone replies. hmmm!

Ok ok Kyle, you were right, it WAS AOL. I switched to Google (and i'm having the emails come through Inbox Outlook Express now) and it worked. Sorry. Now I won't have to remember to open IE and go to Google and I can just see them on the program on the PC. I suggest this to everyone having problems.

i too am an AOL user & am having problems with the email notification(obviously we know AOL users are having problems)
i remember a while back on the mustang forums they made an upgrade change to the site & i wasnt getting notification. i also always used the "quik reply" as opposed to "post reply" as used here now...once i started using the "post reply" option i was getting notification. but never recieved it when i used "quik reply". i bet its the same here......i used only "quik reply" when i was merely making a quik statement where notification wasnt necessary or i had already used the "post reply" option in that thread so i was getting the notification from a previous reply anyways......those experiencing problems may want to try this......

Try using a different email provider other than AOL

Justin, i've been on AOL since about '92 and I agree. Although, it wasn't that much of a pain for me to switch to GMail...

when i try to reply to a post and include the post in my reply, i get an error message that says my response is too short. when i then add more characters, i get another error message that says i need to add one more character. thereafter, no matter how many more characters i add, i keep getting the same "one more character" error message. pls help.

wow! either you guys fixed the problem or AOL just pulled thier heads out of thier a$$! early this afternoon at work my t-mobile sidekick went crazy with email notification. i recieved over 25 email notifications from here all at once to all the threads i have subscribed to lately.....looks like im now getting full notification, YEAH!
curious to hear if any of the other AOL users are experiencing the same thing?

If AOL is working again i'll switch back over...i'd rather use AOL than GMail.
