Default Major revamp coming

John (silvrhand from Houston) and I (Oklahoma) flew out to San Jose this weekend to work with Kyle (Godzilla) on MY350Z.COM.

John installed a new OS on the server and Kyle and I are redoing the site layout.

I've learned alot while being out here so expect a lot of changes for the better coming soon.

It will definitely be more professional looking like other big boards. We are growing fast and we desperately need a facelift. It is hard to do such over the phone or online with the other admins, therefore we flew out.

- new gallery program with better interface
- new intro page
- much more articles (and will be updated hopefully bi-weekly)
- better use of vB calendar (for future events)
- new navigation bar (cleaned up)
- new header image
- new background page

Just to name a few,
Victor

If any assitance is required with the board or overall site, Id like to offer help. Ive been modifying VB and PhpBB for quite sometime and have extensive experience with PHP.

I am currently an SRT-4 owner, who is getting a 350z. SRTFORUMS has the best forum setup IMO just giving you guys ideas. http://www.srtforums.com/forums/index.php is where all the forum links are, and then the home site is www.srtforums.com where they put any bulletin type notices on.

Their site is very user friendly.

We are always open to new ideas.

That site has way too many forums IMHO. Look how long you have to scroll to get all the way down on the index.

Yes, but it is very easy to navigate, and drill down to what exactly you want to know about.
