What up!!! Full flip here from Houston Texas. Not a huge Flip community but definately a good size. As for Province dad is from Bicol. I was born there but haven't been back in like 21 years. No family there, but wife has HUGE family, like all of Bicol HAHAHAHAHAHA. Now before yall start hating I still speak the mother tongue pretty fluently and for the most part understand.

Back to food for a sec, did anyone mention Rice w/ longanisa, pulang itlog & kamatis and Tuyo? What about Turon? UMMMM Only down side to longanisa is it has such an after taste that when you burp 2days later you still taste it or smell it? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

What part of Bicol is the family from? I go to surf on the island of Cantanduanes every year. The main city there is called Virac, have you heard of it? I surf near another small Barangay called Baras. I would be surprised if any one knows that place on the board. Better yet, where I surf is a barangay called Puraran. I will be amazed if anyone here has been there.

 

My dad's side was from Camarinas Norte, not sure where cause I was never close to them. I was born in Makati. As for my wife her family is from Camarinas Sur ( Lugunoy, Borabod), in fact her uncle was mayor for a long time.

 

Anyone from Visaya? Ala eh, sus ginuo? HAHAHAHAHA

 

i'm from mindoro.. still in luzon but lots of Bisaya.. though i grew up in manila and studied in bagiuo .. didnt learn a single ilocano word.. well except to the bad words..
