I suppose so. Well, majority of it that is. Perhaps most filipino's are in favor of sunny/warm weather as well as beaches, versus frost, ice, and snow. The only benefit that filipino's will get out of snow would be free Halo-Halo's right outside of your door all winter long.

Its been 3 years since I last went back there. I dont know maybe you can check out greenbelt, lots of cool bars/clubs down there and yeah lots of hot bebots
