Hello!

I am in the market for a new head unit to replace my Bose, the two that I like are the ALPINE IVA-D901 and the KENWOOD eXcelon KVT-915DVD, and since both are in the same price range I will like to go with the best. Any advices will be highly appreciated.

The Alpine kills the Kenwood, much better head unit.
if you are looking at the Alpine IVA-D901, also look at the Pioneer AVH-P7500. Its roughly the same headunit done by Pioneer, except its done by Pioneer, and its touchscreen. I have it in my Z. I will post some pics later tonight.
