Hey guys, I am thinking of buying a set of Alpine type S 6.5" comonents. (Alpine SPS171A) Has anyone used these before? Alpine says they work well with headunit power. I will be running these off of an Apline 9835 head unit. (26 watts RMS x 4) Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

 

They will sound really damn nice with that head unit, since it's a pretty high RMS headunit. The Type S are AWESOME for headunit power, and even better with amp, a really good deal if u ask me.
