Default How to pull up carpet to tuck cords?

I just got an iPod for Xmas and I have a car extention cable to go from the cigarette outlet in the back and I just wanna get everything tucked under the carpet before it comes up in the front near the cup holder. Do I just pull really hard to get the carpet around the center console to come up? Or do I need to take any panels off first?

take up the door seal area plastic first then the kick panel and go from there. You will see how the carpet it snapped in on the side. I do think you will need to remove the rear and center console panels to get all the way back there. You may want to tuck it in those places and then run under carpet from the sides.

it would be easier to tuck the wires under the center console.
The carpet its pretty snug under there

...or you could just hard wire it to your stereo's power lead and ground and not have to pull up any carpets...
