Default Subwoofer bracket and addition

I' am going to upgrade my current stock sound system, finally!
Anyway, I was at Courtesy Parts Nissan of Texas website, and they sell the 350Z bracket and subwoofer panel (for behind the drivers seat) altogether for about $45. Can I use these pieces for my own stuff that I already have, or was it specifically made to fit Bose? Also, could I do this myself? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks

That space behind the drivers seat is for a free air sub, chances are that the sub you have is designed for either a ported or sealed enclosure so that area wouldn't work if that was the case.

If you look at the how-to's in this sections there are links as to removing all the interior panels, I used a box I bought off of E-Bay for my 10" Sub and I mounted my amp behind the driver seat in that compartment

If you are looking to go this route, I have BOTH parts brand new that I'd be willing to part with. I decided to instead locate my sub under the rear strut tower.

It is a 10 in. Rockford Punch. Do you think that it will work?

Sure, I might be interested if it's the same as I was viewing at the Nissan website. What's your asking price?
