Any HUs that accept smart media such ...

as compact flash or SD cards? This would be a much better option than CDs. Isthere another way to do this using either a Kenwood or Pioneer ts system?

Yes, I came across a Panasonic LCD in dash screen/HU that accepts SD cards. Check out Crutuchfield and you'll see the head unit I'm referring to.
