sprectrum V3
received 2 gallons of V3 the other day
www.secondskinaudio.com
i think decribing it as peanut butter is pretty right,
it is thick..
put some in my boot floor, i didnt want to rip my whole trunk out yet..
took about 10 mins ..
doing large areas was easy as pie,
smaller areas (stock sub cubby area) was a litte more tricky because of the thickness...
thats all i did last night, i just wanted to see how it went on..
hopefully this weekend i will get the
doors
trunk
cubbys
wheel arches (outside)
depending on how much i have left over i will put it on evey metal panel i can find...
*floors are firewall will be done at a later stage*
1 gallon will cover 40 sq feet
drys dark gray
pretty easy to use considering the thickness
its kind of a hard rubber texture when dry
for the price V3 is excellant, i had to pay a heap of shipping so you US guys should definatly NOT complain about the price
after 12 hours it is still stighty damp
can notice a slight differant in exhaust noise,
but it isnt 100% dry so i wont know for another day,
i will post results when i have done the whole thing though,

Glad to hear you finally got the stuff! Good luck in the tough areas. It makes a big difference if you can remove as many panels and obstructions as possible.
