After month's of research I plan on getting the Alpine Type-R 10' Sub with a Sub enclosure under the strut and is decinding on whether if I should get the JL Audio 300/2 or the 300/4? I plan on keeping my stock speaker's and I'm wondering if the JL Audio 300/2 will do the job? I plan on installing everything myself and need help on which exact wires I should buy to hook everything up and a estimate on how much they'll cost? I'm also going to keep my stock HU and need advice if I should get a line convertor or not and which brand I should go with?

either amp will do. depends if you want to power the stock speakers or not. you'll need a loc, but i can't give you any advice there cause I don't have any. you can do a search and i'm sure you'll get your answer there.
