As I was making the connections installing my new radio
I came upon a slight problem... I dont know what false/wrong
connection I made which I believe I Blew a Fuse.. The Symptoms
are that I have no dash lights.. ok let me explain this.. i can see
my mielage and the check engine soon etc.. lights I just dont have
the orange illumination lights/glow as I also do NOT have any lights or reading
on my instrument panel a.k.a. where it marks mile to empty/outside temp.stop watch

my question is , is this a fuse??
p.s. radio does not turn on either...go figure, lol
but the car does turn on

I found out the problem it was the cigar lighter fuse....

Sure sounds like the dash board illumination fuse.

Have you looked into the fuse box located just to the left of the dead pedal?
