Heres the box at 1 layer of f/g


After 5-6 layers

and dried...

then i mount the mdf board where the sub will be mounted with hot glue



then i wrap it with fleece...be sure to stretch it as much as possible

cut the hole out for the sub

you got youself a custom box =)

 

Or if you don't have the confidence with fiberglass, you can try the 3/4" mdf / log custom Bazooka box...

 

I can't picture where that is supposed to go under the strut bar. Is this a joke? And that thing is going to be so fun bondoing and sanding.

AHHHHH yes i saw this car at Hot Import Nights in chicago now i see who you are on here 350Mark, i talked to you while iw as there, i just go tmy 04 Z about 6 weeks ago. I do have to say this audio setup was sharp

It rolls down stairs, alone or in pairs, and over your neighbors dog! It's good for a snack, it fits on your back, it's LOG LOG LOG!
