Escort 8500 Hot and Gound wires??

Default Escort 8500 Hot and Gound wires??
For those that have hard wired the Escort 8500, which color/flat-strand positions are the hot and ground??

Did you read the manual? Mine had clear installation instructions

Yes I read the manual..........
I'm not using the escort hardware.
I figured it out anyway. If it is any help to anybody else, the middle two strands are hot and ground. Red = hot, and green = ground.
