Glove box door removal...
I feel like a twit, but I can't figure out how to remove the damned glove box door. I have the rear panel removed and out of the car, but the pegs that fit into the sides are metal, and I can't seem to figure out how to remove them. Also, what have you guys done with the tension cord, or string that holds the door?
Any help is greatly appreciated. I did several searches but can't seem to find anything on this.

Why remove it? Are you planning on replacing with a panel like the driver side has? I thought of removing the box door once, but it was a hassle so I just removed the whole glove box and mounted a second amp back there, then left the glove box door on for easy access. Maybe you can do that?
