Default 10" rockford in factory location?

Looking at doing a new 10" sub in the factory location (Rockford Fosgate HX2 Dual 4ohm voice coil) with a power 400a4 amp from my previous car. Just want to get all the info I can before I start

1. Rca outputs on the Bose or do I have to use a converter?

2. Remote turn-on lead, whats the best way?

3. Will this sub fit? Sounds like lots of people have been putting various 10" subs in stock location. I do have the Bose so I want to leave the grille stock. Anyone run in to any problems with clearance

4. Sounds like Dynomatind is the way to go in the hole.

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Converter will be required.
Use the power lead from the cig. lighter for a turn-on lead.
HX2 might fit - check the woofer excursion - might blow out the Blose cover.
Dynamat seems to get the job done for rock, but not rap/r&b. May be worth engineering a box to fit in the enclosure.

Good luck.
