Default W7 hookup.....

Does anybody know if you can hook up an amp to the stock deck...? RCA wires and a remote wire...?.... because im trying to hookup my W7 with an audiobahn amp to the stock deck and before i tear it apart i want to know if its even possible, thx

you should be able to. Go to your local stereo shop or circuit city and ask them for an rca line output converter. thats all you should need.

DO NOT USE A LINE CONVERTER................unless you want so so sound.

If you have a W7 it is obvious you care about what your system is going to sound like. JL Audio has a device called the "clean sweep". This will allow you to use your FACTORY deck with aftermarket speakers and amplifiers and provides exceptional sound quality.

I have installed 2 of these now and they are awesome. RCA Line converters are a half *** way of doing this.

he asked if it was possible... the answer is yes. thats one of the ways. you could just run speaker wire all the way back.

hmmm ok thx. yeah ive spend a bunch of money on this system. but how much do you guys this this is going to cost... im waitin on a special order for a custom fit deck for my dash... shoudl be about a month and i want my bass now... i already have the RCA lines and stuff... just need the converter or w/e... prices....
