None that I know of.

The adapter kits I've seen are not specific to a given head end. Imagine the warehouse full of kits that would be needed 1000 different models of cars x 1500 different head ends.

What I have seen in the first half of that equation where they have adapters that plug into a Nissan 350Z with/without Bose +'03 factory wiring harness and break out into bare wires. Clarion will have the opposite where their head end will have a jack with matching plug that has bare wires. Take the adapter's bare wires and the Clarion’s bare wires and solider them together and use a bit of heat shrink and you're golden.

The adapters are available at Crutchfield and a number of other places. If you buy from Crutchfield you get a little booklet on how to take apart your Z's dash as a bonus.

+1 for Crutchfield. You might also want to look at the Dash Kit for a 350Z (P/N 120997402).
