DUAL 7 inch monitors
Hi All. I am thinking of installing the AVIC-D1 in the top Area where the stock navi goes and using it for navigation and then use a Kenwood 8017 DDX where the standard bose goes (lower double din) Is there a way to use both units simultaniously..How would the speakers hook up? Your help is appreaciated. I have seen this set up before, just not sure how its done
You want to use both monitors to watch two different movies at the same time?
Does your headend have a "rear seat" video output? Most do allowing you to run that video up to the navigation cubby monitor. That's the way I have my AVIC N2 wired but mine's wired to watch the same movie on both screens. The audio from the end-end's DVD player comes out over the speakers installed in the doors.
