They have incredible sound for their price point. However most HU's cannot drive 2ohms cleanly without an amp. Pick up a clean 2-channel amp and you'll be smiling!

I already have a jbl amp that puts out 60 at 4ohm and 80 at 2ohm...

I've never used 2ohm speakers before and want to know what are pros and cons...

pros: inefficient speaker that sounds best <$200
cons: sucks more power which distorts mediocre amps

These speakers are tbe best ones I heard under $200. The next
ones I liked cost >300%, Focal. The Euro conversion hurts!
So I went with Infinity. Your JBL amp should drive them nicely!

I had them in my G35 running off the stock Bose HU at first and they were a major upgrade to the G's Blose system. I then put in an Alpine MRV-F450 5ch amp and they sounded even better. Very clean sounding component set for the $$$. You can find them for $150+/- shipped on ebay. I agree with others above that you need a decent amp to get nice clean power at 2ohms. I think your JBL will be fine.
