Anyone know how to disable ESN on an older Eclipse CD Player?

Default Anyone know how to disable ESN on an older Eclipse CD Player?
I just sold my 55040, but I don't have the manual to tell me how to turn off the key cd. I don't want to give my key cd away with the CD player. Eclipse's website SUCKS for older product support. Does anyone know the procedure to disarm?

1. Power unit on
2. Select AM/FM
3. Hold "AM/FM" and "1" together for 1+ seconds
4. Insert key cd when prompted
5. ESN is cancelled

Reverse process to enable a key cd
