Default navigation unit

Sup guys I have an alpine headunit and a lilliput 7 inch screen that allows for touchscreen use. What navigation unit would you suggest that accepts touchscreen application without having to add another. Is there an alpine unit that would work or another brand. I am clueless

Thanks in advance

I doubt that you can use the alpine nav with the lilliput touchscreen. Most of the aftermarket nav units have proprietary interface with their own brand of monitors. On some system, you can however use the supplied remote to control the nav and output the video to your own screen.
