Default 12" Sub Location

Okay I just searched for awhile and cannot find anything. Can a 12" sub fit in a box under the strut bar? If so where can I find the box? I looked around wickedcas and on ebay and can't find sh*t! Anybody have any pics of this setup, if not then pics of your 12" sub setup? I'm looking for a clean install, not just a big box thrown in the hatch. TIA

My 12" L7 is sitting in a downfiring box taking up the whole hatch. The coverboard to go one top is being made right now so that it contours with the hatch and looks all flush like there is no hatch.

It can be done. The enclosure is usually constructed of fiberglass and a new false floor is created, lower than the stock floor. Or the other option is to have a fiberglass enclosure made that pertrudes out futher behind the strut bar just enough to allow mounting clearance of the sub.
