Default Need serious help!!!! blown amp maybe??

so i installed my stereo about 2 months ago and everything is working great and then i go to start my car and bang...no sound from the front two speakers. so then i'm driving and there's nothing coming out of the subwoofer as well. this leads me to think that something happened with the amp. then a constant "boom boom boom boom" sound comes out of my front two speakers. i dont think my speakers are blown are they?? could it be something as simple as a fuse?? any other suggestions into what might be going on here. any help is greatly appreciated because it is driving me NUTS!!

oh yeah...and also when i turn off power to my stereo the noise still remains.

Could be a Number of Things.

Check all power wires to make sure they are connected well and the fuse is in good share.

Check all Ground Wires to see if they are connected well and that your Ground Spot didnt rust.

Check you Turn on wire to make sure it is connected good.

Check your speaker wires for frays and make sure they are connected good.

With everything on, use a Multi Meter to give us a reading from all of the wires, using the amps ground wire for your ground point for the instrument.

Default What amps? What speakers?

Some Amp manufacture Show Power problems with the output LED, the one that usually is GReen turn RED. This also happend when the AMp is MAX OUT. To much power at the input that the amp is on the non-operatinal range.
