could someone help me find the second starter wire. directech says its a green/white wire on the ignition harness. i cannot seem to find such a wire.

Are you looking for the color code for the wires that run to the starter motor?

Black with yellow stripe is the solenoid control.

Black with red stripe is the power direct from the battery and is a heavy gauge cable.
