Default Interior Cameras

Hey,
Just wondering, does anyone on here have any cameras mounted inside the car, pedal cams, steering wheel cams, driving cams, anything? I'm thinking of doing this but I'm just curious if there are any kits out there or is it something where I'd have to buy a small camera and just rig it up myself? I want to be able to record some of my runs, that way I can go back and watch it myself or with some more experienced drivers so they can tell me what I might be doing right or wrong . So, anyone done this before?

Got a girlfriend who wears short skirts huh?

Have a look at www.supercircuits.com for a wide array of cameras including some very tiny ones. Most of them run off of 12 VDC so that's not going to be a problem. Super Circuits also sells a bunch of recorders for use by police and taxis to record with - have a look at the solid state recorders that record MPEG-2 or -4 video directly onto a compact flash drive. Not too expensive and very easy to transfer the videos.

I bought stuff from this guy: http://www.chasecam.com/

I got the picture-in-picture box and a couple of lipstick cams...I have an archos DVR that I record with. I use this stuff when I go to the track - I like to review my laps to improve and to refresh my memory before going back to the same track.

Here's a video with just one of the cameras recording:

I did this in my eclipse had one in the pillar but used it for security if you can get one that transmits to your computer. And a person breaks into your car you can get them in the act on video. it was a great idea but i sold the car shortly after putting it in so i never really got to use it.
