Yeah I could do that, but then what would be left? The leds light up the arrows themselves. Behind the arrows, you have.... circuit board. The same with the rest of the leds. My goal for every project is to make it look like it came from the factory that way. If I did what you are suggesting, it wouldn't look very good.

fair enough, is it just a regular LED back there, it looked like there was some sort of pad back there for the light to kinda illuminate behind the arrows........... heck I dont know, I can only draw conclusions from the link to how you did it, real clean, I like it...........

OK i looked again, did you just cut into the mirror and create a blue front filter thingy with the blue LEDs behind it........... if so how for the bogey counter????

Most of the details I'd prefer not to discuss, but there is a white plastic piece that comes in the remote display to help even out the light for the arrows. The bogey counter is simply a new seven segment display. Every single LED is replaced with mine.

Not a single person. I've had one guy show interest in the remote display only.

Ok, since no one is biting, price lowered. Send PM if you are interested.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE!

It must be very expensive if noone has done it because it looks great. My other issue with it is that you have to mount the setector itself in the back which has to cut down its functionality (I know alot of people have done it and would argue that)...PM me the price please.

PM sent.

And to reply on the mounting comment, it's very possible to mount it under the mirror, on the passenger side visor, driver's side visor, etc. It's just that the entire reason for moving the V1 is to make it very hard to see to anyone who doesn't know it's already there.

I've been hoping Valentine would do this for quite a while. That would be an upgrade I'd pay for.
