I wanted to get some nice pictures uploaded to my unit but it doesnt look as good as the ones that came with it. cause the unit only works with .JPG files, does anybody knows the width x height of the default picture? thanks!

They have post on the process. I kept blowing it by trying to put my pictures on the same disk as my music ... thats a no-no. Also you need to have more than 100 Mb on the disk.

 

how do you do this with out having a navigation DVD??

 

yeah and you have to label the folder as Pictures.
it works pretty good

 

The Z1 has a harddrive built into it. So there is no Nav DVD. Pioneer got smart and loaded the stuff right on the HDD.
