DOes anyone know a way that I can have the radio sitting on the bottom in stead of the top so that it won't block the cubby? If there is a special kit I need to buy or something?

I have no idea what you are talking about, and your links do not work.

If you are asking to swap the radio w/ the HVAC controls, then you will need to get a custom dash.

No I'm talking about have the single din radio on the bottom and the little compartment on top so the when the screen is out, it won't block the cubby.

it looks like even if you were able to put the head unit in the bottom din, at least half of the screen would cover the nav unit compartment.
