What do these two bottom harness run for the stock Bose radio? I just installed my kenwood and the metra harness only had connections for the top 2 harnesses.... do I just leave the bottom two hanging?

I just changed out my headunit as well to a Pioneer deck, and used the Metra Harness and it works great, but out of curiousity what are the 2 other harnesses for?

I have been using search for aout an hour now, with only this post, having similarities.

BTW Head unit works great with just harness and factory bose amps and speakers! I've been installing competition systems for 12 years and this sound pretty clean without any other devices than the wire harness and head unit.
