Hi,

Can someone take some of the mystery out of the whole DVD thing for me. If you want to add DVD to your car after you buy it, and you also want to put in a new stereo system, do they have to be done together? Or should they??

I'm just trying to figure out how dependent the different pieces of gear are on each other. I have also seen some pictures in here that looked like in-dash head units with retractable DVD screens. Is this actually what they are?

Sorry for the really broad questions. I've read almost every post in here, and it still isn't clear to me how this all comes together. That is, the stereo and DVD player.
