I've seen this problem three or four times before. Sometimes the complaint is that it's cutting in and out or making noises. There are three places the problem could be.

1. Headend/bad connection from the headend into the harness.

2. Amplifier bad/bad connection to the amp from the headend/bad connection from the amplifier to the subwoofer (same connector). I dpn't think the amplifier has its own fuse - are there any other electical circuits not working?

3. Subwoofer bad/bad connection to the subwoofer from the amplifier.

Most of the time I recommend checking out everything behind the driver's seat pulling the plastic covers off, pulling the subwoofer out and checking it's connections and the amplifer which is just inboard of the subwoofer.

You can get a replacement sub enclosure from us, That gets intalled where the factory sub was. It is a sealed enclsoure and will take a 10" sub downfiring. You will need an aftermarket sub amp.

Paulz, "I dpn't think the amplifier has its own fuse - are there any other electical circuits not working?"
The woofer amp does have a fuse per the Audio Schematic Bose system under the Electrical AV section, Page AV-10

350kid06, did you check the fuses? I attached Page AV-9 and AV-10 for your viewing. page av-9 shows the fuses.
