Default Any interest in Ipod Adapter for your stock Headunit?

I found a supplier who has these ipod adapters for your stock headunit. It's a simple plug and play. After it's installed you can control your ipod from your Stock Headunit buttons. Very simple and easy to install/use. Also, there is an optional AV in/out where if you wanted, you can install your own DVD player and Monitor. Not sure on the pricing but it shouldn't be too bad. Just want to get a feel for the demand and what you guys think. This is probably for those who don't want to spend a fortune on custom HU's and setups. Let me know guys!

bump~ I'm going to try to get a sample this week, let me know if there's more interest!

I could also get it for most cars (stock HU's) and some aftermarket HU's.

I think it would helpful to list what years and what headunits this would work with (i.e. Bose, non-Bose, 2003-2005, etc.)

If it's compatible with what I have, I'm interested.

Yea, it'll be a few days guys, they're compiling a list right now and I still got to talk to them. It's also available for a wide range of cars and I"m sure it will work w/ bose and non-bose.

With the AV input can you hook up an iPod video and run it to a screen? If you can I'm sold on it because this is currently what I'm lookingfor.

I've had a USASPEC PA11-NIS iPod interface in my 2005 Track Model for almost two years now. It works great in either Playlist mode (using specific playlists on the iPod) or Direct mode (most control on the iPod, but FF/REW/NEXT/PREV work).

If you all want one, then go buy the PA11-NIS. It's exactly what he is describing!

OK yea, I've been talking to the company and they said that they're currently working on an application for the Z. These aren't some cheap China stuff but should be cheaper compared to the bigger brands here in the US. They have them for Toyota, VW, Audi, Skoda, Lexus, but no Nissan. I will keep pushing them to complete it~ Thanks for your interest!
