Default Need some help

Hey, does anyone here know the location of the stock BOSE amp and its dimensions? I was wondering if I can hide my amp in the stocks location but I don't know where it is or its dimensions. Pictures would help also.

The stock Bose amp is located in the rear next to the spare tire on the left hand (driver) side. I am not positive (I have a track, so I didn't have to mess with it), but I think it is under the foam block that is there and is somehow attached to it. I remember reading about a guy who ripped apart that block to remove the amp and someone pointing out that it wasn't necessary. So look close and you should see some retaining clips of some sort.

My advice - I wouldn't put an amp in the stock Bose amp location. No ventilation. If you wanted to keep space, try mounting it under the seat, or put it under the glove box. Under the glove box, there is plenty of room and will still allow you to have a functioning glove box.

Thanks, I'm going to go take a look at the stock amp's location now and am thinking of putting it in the glove box area.
