DNX-7100 help
Hey gang,
I searched but didn't find any similar issues.
I've been fighting with my head unit for several hours tonight and I'm nearly convinced that it's defective. I'm just looking for some confirmation, or hopefully some insight into my dimwittedness.
Is there any reason that the RCA front, rear, or even sub outputs would not be putting out any signal, when there is definitely media playing on the HU (and I can pick up the sound out of the powered wires).
I've hooked each of the plugs to a volt meter and get zero readings~
The HU has never been hooked up before with the preouts so it isn't like they worked, and then stopped. I guess they might never have worked, but if there is a simple explanation...please!

Ok, I'm getting closer to figuring out what the problem is with my setup. So I need confirmation from the board please~
I seem to have glitchy front preouts on my 7100. The sound comes through fine on the rears.
I just have two questions.
-is the sound coming from the rears the exact same L/R stereo full spectrum as I would expect from the fronts? If so then I dont really need th fronts since I'm just running a single L/R rca line to the amp.
-The other question is about the crossover settings. The only thing I have to verify to make sure I'm getting full spectrum is that the X-over for the fronts and rears both show "through" (no filtering) right?
thanks for the thoughts.
