Just to make sure...I need 6.5 for the rear speakers right??

Yes, you want 6.5" for the rear. However, you should really do the fronts first. The rears aren't really meant to be distinguished, they are just for fill.

That said, both your speaker selections - well - suck. As a general rule, don't ever put anything made by Sony in your car Pioneer makes some good headunits, but that is about all.

 

Also, no need for 3 or 4 way speakers (some will disagree)....they ruin your imaging. I'd stick to a good pair of 2 way's like he Infinity Kappa's.....you can get them off eBay for around $75 a pair.

 

I agree about the rear . . .do the fronts first. But, hey, just about any speaker is better than stock.
