May want to try a A/V switch.

Or possibly piggy-back another fm modulator on the existing one.

Default HMMMM

So an AV switch will have Fm mod already built in where I can have 2 sources of audio that can be modulated or are you saying I need to hardwire into the speakers utilizing this AV switch?

As for the piggy back, you means the car antenna goes into the XM mod and the output of that goes into another fm mod? I don't think this will work because the 2nd mod will cancel the first mod....Do you know anyone who may have done this???

The A/V switch would go before the FM modulator...The switch would allow you to switch between one source and another. The active audio goes through the Fm mod.

Basically,
1) FM mod from xm radio into head unit
2) FM mod from dvd/computer into FM mod from xm radio
3) Antenna into FM mod from dvd/computer

I don't know of anyone who has tried piggy backing FM mods. Honestly, I don't know if it would work. It would seem to work in theory. I could see some static when both are powered at the same time. You could wire it so that the FM mod of the xm radio is on only when the xm radio is on and FM mod of dvd/computer is on only when the dvd/computer is on.

How does the XM sound with the FM modulator (what brand did you use)?
