Bracket-AM - 28316-CD010 $8.97
Bracket-AM - 28317-CD010 $16.21

Yes, the brackets are sold separately, and no, I don't know why there is a variance in prices between the two. There is also a color code, make sure you get the right one. I'm pretty sure the default is charcoal.

You may also want to get the 10mm screws , you really only need two per cubby hole, but I think they come in groups of 10.

I'm sorry I don't have size specifications, I can say that the face plate fits any single-DIN sized component fairly well.
