I am going to replace the front speakers and add an to power them(maybe the HU later). I narrowed down to 2 set up

1) Focal 165K2 with Phoenix Gold Ti400.2(or JL 300/2)
2) Rainbow ProCS265 with ARC Audio 2100CXL

Which one will sound better in the Z?

I'd personally go for the rainbow/arc setup. I personally look for accurate sound reproduction from a speak and I've never found a pair of Focals do it very well. I'm not saying focals are bad, just my tastes are for accuracy, not over boosted mids and glass cutting highs. Some people love focals and if you've heard them in a car and like htem then they are a great choice.

 

I listened to the Focal, and they are Ok. I am now tring to find the store that carries rainbow and ar so i can compare. But rainbow/arc set up(the only place i find on internet is http://www.ampman.com) is a lot more expensive than focal/JL(i can get them around 650 from ebay). But, if rainbow/are set up is a lot better than focal/jl, I think I will have to skip lunch and save the money for the set up I really want.

I don't think you could go wrong with either combo. I think I would go for the Rainbow/ARC though. They aren't quite as common as PG/Focal (not that any of these 4 brands are that common). I can tell you from experience that the PG/Focal combo will sound great though (we sell both brands).

 

The reason you can only find arc and rainbow on the internet at ampman is because they are the only authorized internet dealer.
