Default Bass is rattling my rear view mirror out of position?

So, the rolling type of bass that is often heard in the rock music I listen to is moving my rear view mirror. Like everyone's, my mirror shakes with bass, but these rolling notes are dropping the mirror so that after a couple notes my mirror is basically facing straight down. This has just recently started after my latest round of stereo mods, so I was wondering if anyone else has this problem, and what solutions they've come up with? I know there are people with MUCH more bass than I have, so I'm sure some have come across this!

And please don't tell me to turn it down, b/c that is not the solution I'm looking for. Thanks in advance for any help.

My mirror is tight enough that I don't have to worry about this. Is there any kind of adjustment you can make to the mirror to "tighten" it? I don't know myself.
