Default Hi. I need new speakers and I don't know anything about them

I don't have any knowledge in audio and speakers, and I was wondering what be good for wanting a crisp clean and clear sound...nothing too loud, but loud enough so I can still hear the music with the windows down at 80mph without it getting all distorted.

I have an Alpine IDA-X001 deck, but everything else is stock (non bose). I want to spend around $500, but will stretch it a bit if its worth it...

Can you guys dish out a few reccomendations?

You will hear a lot of people speak of kicker and JL audio. These guys make great sounding stuff but its HIGH....if you want good bass for cheap get some hifonics off ebay its cheap now for some reason dont get the cheapest ones tho...or buy one 10'' speaker like a good one! and shape the wood to fit in the panel of the bose 10 factory whole behind drivers seat...carpet it, mount it.... you could hide a amp in there as well.... but the set up will get hot dont play too long at 80 mph Atomic makes hard hitting subs anyone will tell you that goes to the IASCA shows the soundoffs they love these subs the real competitors....Clean crisp sounding sub would be a JL W7 tho....EXPENSIVE....Here is a pic of what I did for bass it sounds good but you must seal whole up and fill with Poly-fill I have an atomic now and it sounds good The driver can feel it but with windows down at 80 its not that loud go with two tens and get the 350z box on ebay that goes in under the hatch sway bar...I attached a pic of mine i think ...let me know what you decide.

like i said last time, if you wanna stop byu and chat with me anytime being we are in the same town

but you do need to clarify what the 500 want to include, amps, subs speaker? all of them?

did you ever get your stock nav voice working? i remmeber you asking about it last time, its pretty simple to do...just time consuming

Man if your in the same town as bing your crazy not to be talking to him having him help you out with your system. The man has killer deals and is even more helpful one on one.

+1 on Bing. He is currently helping me with my system when I know nothing about audio. If you live near him, he is your one stop audio shop bro.
