Just reviewed your thread. Great setup and nice shots. You are the audiophile extrordinaire! LOL! Now I guess I should put up pics of my install, altho nothing as extensive as yours.
Whats up with that ground wire? Did it almost burn?
Also, you do know that Stinger battery can be bought cheaper directly from Hawker, who makes them for Stinger. I have two of the Hawker batteries in my 300Z show car and they are very cool . But this time around I bought 2 Kinetik HC1800 batteries for the 350 and am very impressed. They seem to hold the voltage better when I'm pounding the subs. I even bought a HIGH dollar/amp alternator that I haven't had to put in yet cuz these batteries are so responsive. Again very impressed.

You make me a little jealous there with the kick panels, I should have went that route. GREAT INSTALL!:icon44:

Hey REDLINE, sorry we highjacked your thread! LOL! Hope the info helped tho.

I don't mind the hi-jack. It actually gives me other options I can go with.

Redline kinda of selfish of us to detour your thread sorry

if you tell me your going zen box,1 each 10", and what amp you want, and what your budget is, and what music you listen to

i will be happy to let you know what i would recommend from my point of view and you can take it or leave it

thanks

the wire that has black crap on it is just some underlayment that got on it no heat or burn issue just me being sloppy

and the Stinger line i buy direct and am a distributor for them so i buy at cost

i am in the process of buying all new power and ground wire from stinger to do re-run all power and ground wires

i will be using stinger triple zero for all power and ground
yes 3x0 thats like 3 each 0 awg in one 6272 ( 36 guage ) strands

I have run into another problem. I'm thinking of getting 2 10" Stroker. Noticed that the sub is space hungry since it needs a lot of air to work at it's peak. I can get 1 for $220 and 2 for $400 including s/h.

-Is it a good idea to have 2 in the car due to the space that it needs?
-Can I reverse the speaker so that the face is in the box and the magnet is out (not sure if this can solve my space for both subs)?

if the system as a whole is set up properly, 1 sub should provide plenty of low end grunt for the average listener.

Inverting the suns won't save that much space. The sub's displacement is probably only around 0.05 cu ft each.
