I had bought this Z for half an year already. I was only forcusing on its body kit, lighting, exhaust, seat, etc. Now its time to do something on audio.

This W7 and box were from the previous owner of my Z. I don't really like the design of the enclosure box and the ugly yellow tape.

Actually i'm not a big fan of audio.
But what do u guys think? worth to keep it? just buy another enclosure? or sell it?

 

Looks dangerous. Can the box flip out and hit the driver and/or passenger? Well, might think of bolting it down so that if an accident does happen, it wouldn't be a projectile.

 

I'm sure it rocks the hell out of your car, whats that hole in the middle of the rear speaker bar for?
I just blew my sub out so I'm pissed!
If you are going to make another box(that things hideous but nice try),
its going to have to be custom, it will fit in that same location though.

 

definitely change the box, and do not put it back in that spot.

 

what size is that sub?

 

It's an 8W7.

I would keep the sub if it sounds fine , but put in maybe a corner loaded box in the hatch.

If you need deeper/more bass, then sell it on ebay and buy a 10".
