2 buddies of mine swear by them. They have damn good deals on Kenwood touchscreens so I ordered mine today. Seem very legit though.

 

nothings is refurbished is it. I also hear that companies wont honor warranties if bought threw them.

 

how do they sell stuff for so low

 

They sell it pretty damn close to cost, I have a sheet at work from my distributor and they sell only a little cheaper then these guys, I'm assuming they're not worried to much about big profits cause they'll pull so many in on price alone.

 

There is no factory warranty. They warranty all the products that they sell for one year. This is an in-house warranty. It's not through the manufacturers.

I bought an Avic d3 from them that is arriving this tuesday.

 

I bought my kenwood 7100 and had it next day delivery. They had some kind of problem at their warhouse and my order was gonna be a day late. The guy who sold it to me called personally and told me they are even paying the extra to have it deleivered next day am. Got to me at 9 am next day. Great prices and customer service. Too bad they dont have a bigger selection in some areas.

because they are most likely not an authorized dealer. So you have to go through their warranty and not the manufacturer's warranty. There is a reason why all of those items are so cheap.

 

There's nothing wrong with that though, factory warranty is a pain sometimes, pioneer especially they suck, lol...they tried to get me pay on issues that were sposed to be fixed for free.

 

Nothing wrong with that at all. I never use most warranties. The down time of and paying for shipping is not worth it sometimes to me.

 

that website sux. They are sold out of everything. Its great that they have low prices it just sux that they have a very limited inventory.

 

got my avic d3 last night. installed, works great.

Paid $569 plus shipping. Hard to beat that.

 

Just ordered a Kenwood DNX7100 from them. Including the iPod cable and shipping, the total was $925. Way cheaper than most other places!

I placed the order by phone... wanted to be sure the unit was in stock. Got the last one. Received a UPS tracking notice later the same day.

So far, so good!
