Default Pioneer Z2 install-Help

well the sun is shining on me because I won a Pioneer Z2 that is three months old and comes with the Ipod adaptor for $1000.00

I have it and confirmed everything functions as should.

My question is, is this a tough install for an 07 or can I do it myself. I have moderate mechanical skills.

The part that looks tough is the bypass. I wish there was a harness that plug into the existing wires and then to the head unit that would allow a bypass.

Thanks for your help

Default z2 install

z2 is very easy to install and so is the bypass.depending on how old your z2 is you may only need to the wire bypass.i have 2 links here for you the first is showing the install of a pioneer d3 which is basically the same for install, this link also shows where the VSS wire is located on the 350z.the second link is the bypass instructions and the files if you need to burn the update to disk.Note you will be using METHOD 2 PM if you have any questions

How do you know if you only need the two wire bypass, or if you need the update CD as well?
